The upgrade price from eXplorer-1/2/3/4/5 is € 149-- | $ 149--
Log in to robpapen.com and visit 'My Products' to request the upgrade.

- Upgrading at a reseller
First, please log in to robpapen.com and visit the 'My Products' tab.
At the top of this page, you can email the product list overview to your reseller to request the upgrade.
Please note: free deal products (RP-AMOD and Prisma) cannot be used to qualify for the discounted upgrade offer.
We have two options for upgrading your eXplorer-10.
The first option is to install only DelGrain, and the 2nd option is to download the full eXplorer-10 installer again, which is wise if it has been some time since you installed it.
Option 1 with Install DelGrain only.
A. Close your music program
B. Log in to robpapen.com and visit 'My Products' to copy your eXplorer-10 serial
C. Run the installer below with your eXplorer-10 serial.
D. Reboot your computer if you are a Mac user!!
Option 2: updating by running the eXplorer-10 installer again.
This is wise if it has been some time since you installed it.
A. Close your music program
B. Log in to robpapen.com and visit 'My Products'
C. Download the eXplorer 10.0.7 installer
D. Run the installer
E. Reboot your computer if you are a Mac user!!!
