Mac OS 26.7 & 27 issue installing

We noticed an issue with macOS 26.7and macOS 27 except for eXplorer-11 and Quad-2
The serial box entry page does not appear during installation. 

This is the workaround:

  • Open (double-click) the downloaded installer: productname.dmg
     
  • Copy the installer (productname.pkg) to your desktop.
     
  • Double-click the installer (productname.pkg) and continue installing.
    The box to enter your serial will appear during installation.
     
  • Continue installation as explained in the videos and PDF guides here.
