Re-installing on new computers
For new computers (and some major upgrades such as re-install your OS), you will need to reinstall our
software. The latest versions of our software can be found at the appropriate download pages.
For access you need to have an account yet at robpapen.com. So please do create one here if you do not have one yet:

You will also need a new authorization code if you do not use the eLicenser USB dongle, so you can download a new license for your new computer.
Authorization codes can only be used once, so your original authorization code will not work.

We allow two installs at two of your own personal computers
To get a 2nd activation login and visit the "Your Details" section.
If your product is registered a button appears with "Get 2nd". A new authorization code will be then sent
to you by email.
You should not try to copy the software directly from your old computer to your new computer. The soft
e-licenser is tied to one computer, so copying the software across will cause the soft e-licenser
to be disabled. Only with eLicenser dongle, you can move a license from one computer to another one.

If you have copied the software across and the soft e-licenser has been disabled, please contact us,
letting us know what the problem is and also your sel-nr.

We will then contact eLicenser, who will put a repair flag on your licensers, so allowing you to repair it.
You get a reply from us, that the repair is active.
